Power, gas and water have to be shut off and disconnected before a house comes down. Call your providers early.
Permits vary
The City of Crestview, Okaloosa County and the beach towns each handle demolition permits their own way. Ask about yours when you call.
Save what you want
Pull anything worth keeping, like fixtures, doors or the old porch swing, before demo day. Once the excavator starts, it’s debris.
